Contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm it by email. Prices include VAT; delivery costs are shown before you pay.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days and cover the return shipping. See delivery & returns.
Warranty
The statutory warranty applies. On top of it, every product carries our two-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Disputes
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available for consumer complaints. We prefer to hear from you first.
