Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. Card details go straight to our payment provider; we never see them.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price you see includes VAT; the amount is shown separately at checkout and on your invoice.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, until it ships. Sign in, open the order under My account and choose Cancel order; the payment is refunded or released straight away.

Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, Spain and Italy. See delivery & returns for times and prices.
Something broke. What now?
Contact us with your order number. Within the two-year warranty we repair or replace it at no cost.
