Who is responsible
Voltra Retail B.V. (fictional), Rotterdam, is the controller for data processed in this store. Contact: privacy@voltra.example.eu.
What we process and why
- Orders: name, addresses, email and order contents, to deliver and invoice your order (contract), and kept as long as tax law requires.
- Account: if you register, your profile, saved addresses and wishlist (contract). You can export or delete your account at any time under My account › Privacy.
- Payment: card details go directly to our payment provider (Stripe). We only receive a payment reference.
- Newsletter: your email, only after you confirm the sign-up (consent). Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Cookies
Necessary cookies keep your bag, checkout, sign-in and language working; they need no consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you agree in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, object to processing, and complain to your data-protection authority.
