Delivery
We deliver to over 19,000 pincodes across India.
- Standard (4–7 business days): ₹79, free on orders over ₹799
- Express (1–3 business days): ₹149, in metro cities
All prices on V2 Mall are inclusive of GST.
Pay on Delivery
Pay in cash or by UPI when your order arrives, on orders up to ₹10,000.
Returns and exchanges
Changed your mind? Return or exchange most items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused with tags attached. Innerwear, cosmetics and jewellery can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Contact us to arrange a free pickup.
Common questions
When will I get my refund?
Within 2–5 business days of the pickup, to your original payment method. Pay on Delivery orders are refunded to your bank account or as store credit.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, free of charge, as long as the new size is in stock. We pick up the old item when we deliver the new one.
Do you deliver outside India?
Not yet. V2 Mall delivers within India only.
