How do Stride shoes fit?
True to size for most runners. Between sizes? Go half a size up for running shoes, since feet swell on long runs. Every shoe page has a size guide.
What if the size is wrong?
Returns are free for 30 days. See shipping & returns.
Orders & payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details go straight to our payment provider; we never see them.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, until it ships. Sign in, open the order under My account and choose Cancel order.
Do you have promo codes?
