Delivery & exchanges
Delivery times and charges across the UAE, cash on delivery and our 14-day exchanges.
Delivery
We deliver to all seven emirates.
- Standard (1–3 business days): AED 20, free on orders over AED 250
- Next day (order by 6pm): AED 35, Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi
All prices include 5% VAT. Our courier calls your mobile before delivery, so please give a UAE mobile number.
Cash on delivery
Pay the courier in cash or by card on orders up to AED 3,000. A fee of AED 10 applies.
Exchanges
Unopened items can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes can't be returned. Contact us to arrange a free collection.
Common questions
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
Not yet. We deliver within the UAE only; GCC delivery is coming.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5 business days of collection, to your card. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
